How should the league be set up?

If re-activates it, would that not allow new people to join?
I don't really know, so that's why I asked if someone was going to make a new private league

you can re-activate and replace teams....or add more. That's what I've been doing in Yahoo for years at least

You can't just add teams to the already existing league? Doesn't seem fair to have some people that are interested not be in the league.

Not without overhauling the keeper system.

And what's not fair about it? Those who don't make the cut can become alternates, because if the last few years are any indication, half the league will stop paying attention and need to be replaced.

Why not have 13 or 14 teams? Does this have to be H2H or something?

If someone is a repeat offender at not keeping up with it I am okay with disallowing them, that makes sense.
