Tulo will bounce back. He's getting over some nagging injuries, and has 15 doubles, which will turn into 25 or so homers by the end of the year. I'd hate to see him go, but if we're not in contention by July, he provides value (not to mention his outstanding D) |

It would be better if the Mets traded Niese, Gee, or Colon, for a shortstop, as neither of them will have any future value to the team. But knowing the absolute moron that is Sandy Alderson, he'll trade Syndergaard AND Matz for Juan Uribe, and make Uribe a short-stop. No wait, we'll keep Wilmer there, even though his NATURAL position is THIRD BASE and David Wright is never going to be the same again. I hate everything Mets but love everything Mets Why??? |

Rays get: Mike Napoli Red Sox get: Alex Colome Rays get a right handed 1B platoon partner for Loney with some extra pop, and the Sox get extra pitching help. The Rays can afford to lose an SP once Matt Moore is back from surgery. This also makes the Sox able to put Rusney in LF and move Han Ram to 1B, where he belongs defensively to clear up the logjam. |
