MLBPPWORLD FANTASY WEEK THREE RECAP

Jakku Scavengers (GoTwins24) 101
Tom Brady's PSI-duck (Dishnet34) 97

Summary:
Entering Sunday night's Redskins-Raiders matchup, it appeared as if Tom Brady's PSI-duck had the rematch of the 2015-16 Championship Game in the bag. The Scavengers held a 6-point lead, but Brady's PSI-duck had Marshawn Lynch and Jason Witten still to play. However, the two combined for only two points, giving the Scavengers a lucky win. The Scavengers survived benching Stefon Diggs, who scored 33 points. Brady's PSI-duck was anchored by Tom Brady, who outscored Cam Newton by 28 points.

Detroit Phantoms (DTigers) 92.5
[Insert NFL pun here] (Queso James) 86

Summary:
The second match of the week was another close one. Dominant performances from Kirk Cousins and Carlos Hyde delivered the Phantoms a Week 3 victory. Travis Kelce could not follow up his Week 2 performance, scoring only 0.5 points. Queso received solid performances from all of his starters except for Terrance West and Samaje Perine, who combined for 2.5 points. Jordan Howard, one of Week 3's top performers, was traded from [Insert NFL pun here] prior to this week.

Team Griffith (Jag123jg) 92
You've Been Juiced! (LGM) 113.5

Summary:
LGM has made a solid recovery from a poor Week 1 performance, surpassing the 110-point mark for the second consecutive week. His top-3 starters were unspectacular, but Odell Beckham Jr., Larry Fitzgerald, and Rob Gronkowski combined for 68 points, leading LGM to his second straight win. Jordan Howard's Team Griffith debut was spectacular, rebounding from a rough first two starts to score 27.5 points. Le'Veon Bell also had his best performance of the year, tallying 18 points. However, the players outside of Jag's top-3 could not pick up the slack, as none scored over 10 points.

Atomic Pickles (AgentP) 90
Nick N00ns (PhilliesFan134) 96.5

Summary:
Yet another close game. The Pickles had a much better performance in Week 3, but were hurt by the limited production of Kyle Rudolph and Amari Cooper. Kelvin Benjamin's injury appears to be a stroke of bad luck, as he was just acquired by the Pickles. PhilliesFan was nearly done in by the Ravens defense, who lost 6 points-the joint-worst performance of the year so far. He was saved by solid performances from his top 3, as well as a 24.5 pointer from Dalvin Cook.

The 2016-2017 Champ (Prediction) 94.5
Cool Brees (ZeroGibson13) 124.5

Summary:
It was somewhat of a bounceback game for the defending champ. Unfortunately for him, he faced this season's highest scoring team in Cool Brees-who may have gotten the steal of the draft in rookie sensation Kareem Hunt. Drew Brees gave his namesake team a 20-point outing, and Brandin Cooks lit up the Texans secondary for 29.5 points. Despite solid performances all around for Prediction, his only player to score above 20 points was Doug Baldwin.

TD Gobblers (BrewersFuzz) 70.5
Los Angeles Aodgers (KFPC) 90.5

Summary:
A dominant performance from Todd Gurley Thursdy night locked up a smooth win for the Aodgers, putting them at 3-0 on the season. The TD Gobblers received solid starts from Dak Prescott and Jordy Nelson, but were sunk by the Buccaneers' defense, who lost 6 points. If Brewers kept the Jaguars defense on his roster, he would have pulled off the 1-point upset.

MLBPPWORLD FANTASY WEEK 4 RECAP

Detroit Phantoms (Dtigers) 100
Jakku Scavengers (GoTwins24) 102

Summary:
Heading into Monday Night's game, the Scavengers led by a score of 102-79.5. The Phantoms had one player left to play, Travis Kelce of the Chiefs. Kecle immidiately had a major impact, recording 15.5 points in the first half alone. Despite his dominant first half, Kelce could not get to the 23-point mark that the Phantoms needed. The Scavengers escaped with another close win decided on Monday Night. Cam Newton had an MVP-like performance, scoring 32 points. Bilal Powell, who recorded 26 points, was on the bench for the Scavengers.

Tom Brady's PSI-duck (Dishnet34) 61.5
Team Griffith (Jag123jg) 114

Summary:
Things didn't get much better for Tom Brady's PSI-duck after a tough Monday Night loss in Week 3. The only PSI-duck players to score double figures were New England's Tom Brady (who is off to a remarkable start) and Danny Amendola. Marshawn Lynch and Jason Witten struggled to produce for a second consecutive week. Team Griffith won their first game of the season, but don't let the record fool you. The team has the potential to be downright deadly. Le'Veon Bell and Aaron Rodgers carried the team, while Chris Hogan and Jordan Howard also put solid peformances together.

[Insert NFL pun here] (Queso James) 116
You've Been Juiced! (LGM) 114

Summary:
[Insert NFL pun here] pulled off the Monday Night Miracle of all Monday Night Miracles. You've Been Juiced! led by four points with four seconds remaining in Monday Night's game. After lateral madness ensued, the Chiefs scored a defensive touchdown as time expired, giving [Insert NFL pun here] a buzzer-beating win. Greg Zuerlein's 27-point outing allowed the miracle to take place, as well as Russell Wilson's bounceback 26-point game on Sunday night. Juiced! benefited from Andy Dalton's bounceback game, as well as the return of the Legion of Boom.

The 2016-17 Champ (Prediction) 105
Atomic Pickles (AgentP) 73.5

Summary:
The battle of the lowest-ranked teams was won by last year's champion. Alex Smith continued his fanastic season, scoring 26 points on Monday Night. Deandre Hopkins caught 10 passes for 107 yards and a touchdown, scoring 21 points. These performances led the defedning champion to his first 100-point outing of the year. The Atomic Pickles received double-digit performances from only two position players, Tevin Coleman and Wendell Smallwood. Amari Cooper struggled once again, scoring only 1 point. The Pickles will need better production from the WR position if they want to turn their season around.

Nick N00ns (PhilliesFan134) 85
TD Gobblers (BrewersFuzz) 74

Summary:
Nick N00ns improved to 3-1 on the season thanks to a 27-point outing from Ezekiel Elliot. Keenan Allen also had a solid game, scoring 15.5 points. Nick N00ns was hit with some rough injury news as Dalvin Cook will miss the entirety of the season due to a torn ACL. It was another tough week for the TD Gobblers, who suffered a tough injury break of their own. Ty Montgomery will miss the rest of the season due to broken ribs. Despite 20+ point perfromances from Dak Prescott and Jordy Nelson, the TD Gobblers needed one more solid performance to come away with the victory.

Cool Brees (ZeroGibson13) 80
Los Angeles Aodgers (KFPC) 95.5

Summary:
This week's game of the week featured the undefeated Aodgers and the #1-ranked Cool Brees, who very well could have entered the game with an unbeaten record. For the first time this season, Cool Brees scored less than 100 points in the defeat. Despite solid performances from their top 3, Cool Brees was hurt by a -2 point outing from the Titans defense. Unlike the previous three weeks, Cool Brees did not have a single 20-point scorer. Meanwhile, the Aodgers were bolstered by Todd Gurley's continued resurgence. Gurley scored 30.5 points in the win. The Aodgers only had three position players that scored less than 10 points, highlighting the Aodgers' depth.
