2018 Week 3: Another Home Loss

It was another lethargic start for the Bears offense, who could not effectively run the ball throughout the entire first half. Defensively, they were stomped on by Todd Gurley II, who led the Rams to a 17-0 lead. The Bears rediscovered the outside run, as Jordan Howard ran for over 150 yards. With the game tied, Christian Ponder returned to the turnover machine he was in his time with Minnesota, In a 3-play stretch, Ponder fumbled and threw an interception that led to two touchdowns for Los Angeles. With the Rams leading by 10, Ponder threw an interception in the endzone to seal the win for LA. Chicago will hope to rebound against the winless New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football in Foxborough.

2018 Week 4: Sunday Night Shootout

Last time the Bears took the trip to Foxborough, they were humiliated. This time, they were much more competitive, firing on all cylinders offensively. The Bears' OL had their best game as a unit, setting up Jordan Howard for numerous long runs, including an 85-yard touchdown. New England made a late comeback attempt, but could not convert a 2-point attempt. The Patriots fell to 0-4, unprecented in the Brady era. Once again, they lost as a result of their defensive shortcomings. The Bears will host the 2-2 Green Bay Packers at home next week.

It would be hard to run the ball with a sling. He will be back against Green Bay next week.

didn't see that
Also why do you target Zach Miller so much. I always found it easier to target my running backs.

With the West Coast offense, there are a lot of plays that utilize tight ends as receivers. Zach Miller is a pretty good route runner, getting open on low-risk routes. He was a major factor in Trubisky's success last season, and Trubisky will have to target him more when he returns in order to save his season.

2018 Week 5: Rev Up Those Hot Takes

The Bears reclaimed the all-time series lead over Green Bay thanks to an uncharacteristic performance from Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers threw 3 interceptions, 2 of which were returned for touchdowns. Rodgers also overthrew several receivers on plays that could have resulted in touchdowns. Meanwhile, Jordan Howard had another 100+ yard outing thanks to a late 49-yard touchdown run. Christian Ponder didn't need to do much, but still threw for 257 yards and a touchdown. Ponder has filled in extremely well for Mitchell Trubisky. The Bears improve to over .500 for the first time this season.
