Cody Kessler throws 346 YDs in Browns Heartbreaker Win
Image
Image
Summary:
The Browns played a good game against the Vikings. Both sides were good, but the Browns prevailed by one point. The Browns had trouble with the run game the whole game and couldn't defend it either. After Theo Riddick had a 202 yd running game, he was only able to muster 32 yards in 11 carries. However Isaiah Crowell looked to prove himself scoring two rushing TDs and rushing for 48 yards in 8 carries. even though Riddick seemed to fail rushing, he was able to prove himself receiving as he has 91 yds in 8 receptions. As for the Vikings, Latavius Murray seemed unstopable and ran for 90 yards in 21 carries. Most of his yards was from a 40 yd rush. He did however get injured to be kept out of the game. Dalvin Cook was not able to be as unsoppable as Murray was with 29 yards in 8 carries. The passing game was also great for the Vikings. Teddy Bridgewater averaged 10.5 yards per attempt which was much more in comparism to Kessler's 6.5 average yards per attempt. The Browns was able to get one interception which the Vikings were able to get one too. There was also 3 fumbles, two of those were the Browns. Xavier Cooper and Demarco Davis each got sacks. The Vikings however kept it intresting with Bridgewater's 3 Touchdown passes. In the first two quarters, the Browns offense scored a TD per half, one scored by Le'Ron McClain and the other a run by Isaiah Crowell. The Vikings however wouldn't let that happen as he threw three TD passes! However the D took over in the second half as not one Viking would be able to get a touchdown after that. The Vikings settled for 3 FGs as the Browns quietly scored a touchdown and a field goal. Cody Kessler was able to create a winning drive in two minutes and a 4 yd pass to Isaiah Crowell gave the team the win.

Standings
2-1 Cleveland Browns
2-1 Pittsburg Steelers
1-2 Cincinatti Bengals
0-3 Baltimore Ravens

Fantasy:
1. AgentP - 75.5(+16)

Agent you're first in something regarding fantasy!

Cody Kessler throws 509 YDs in Browns Win

Summary:
The Browns destroyed the Bengals. Scoring 42 points and limiting the Bengals to 14 points, the Browns just won. The Browns defense caused 4 fumbles, intercepted one ball, one sack. However the Browns did miss 2 field goals and was trash. The Bengal's running game was stopped and Jeremy Hill only was able to run for 30 yds in 13 attempts. He did get one touchdown however as the pass game was great. Andy Dalton threw for 355 yards, but the defense was able to limit the pass game to one touchdown by Tyler Eifert. Cody Kessler was good as he got 509 yards in 44 completions with a 75% completion rate. Theo Riddick played great, running for 76 yards in 19 carries. He got two touchdowns and ran great. Isaiah Crowell didn't run today after a great game, but it looks like Theo Riddick is definently the leading back. Riddick however was consistent in the passing game hauling in 11 completions for 54 yds. Theo Riddick may be the biggest steal in fantasty drafts.

Browns Win 44-38 in Offensive Explosion
Image
Corey Coleman catching a pass against the Bills.

Image
The Browns looked to win today's game against the Bills and did. However the Bills got off to a hot start scoring two touchdowns in the first quarter. The Browns scored one touchdown in the first quarter, but would make it up in the second quarter scoring three touchdowns. The Bills would only score two touchdowns in the second quarter which is still a huge mark.

After halftime, Browns defense stood up. The Browns shut-out the Bills in the third quarter while the offense scored 11 points. The defense was also able to get a safety against the Bills. The Bills however would score a touchdown and a field goal in the fourth quarter. Cleveland would still be able to get 5 points in the last quarter. The Browns played a great game and was fun to watch.

Both starting QBs of the Browns and the Bills were injured and were both running second string quarterbacks. However they both started as if they were first tier QBs. Cardale Jones threw for 4 TDs and 285 yards. Cody Kessler threw for 286 yards and 3 TDs. Both however got injured. Kessler will be out for eight weeks.

For the running game, Lesean McCoy absolutely rekted the Brown's D. He ran for 142 yds and would score a touchdown. Theo Riddick ran for 88 yds and scored 2 touchdowns.

But the star of the game was Corey Coleman. Targeted 11 times and hauling in 8 passes, Coleman was able to savage 246 yds. This allowed him to get 2 touchdowns. Nick O'Leary had 8 catches too and had 87 yds. Theo Riddick was able to haul in 6 passes also as usual.

Trevor Siemian Traded To Browns for Emmanuel Ogbah
Image
Trevor Siemian in the Preseason for the Broncos

After the injury of Cody Kessler, the Browns trade Ogbah for Siemian. The deal also included the Browns receiving a third round draft pick for a fifth round draft pick.

The Browns are 4-1 so far while the Broncos are 2-2 at the moment. This is a small move for both teams, but could affect the Browns greatly. Injuries have hampered the Browns season at the QB position. With both Kizer and Kessler down, the Browns would have to go to Josh McCown, who the Browns do not seem to have much trust in. Deshone Kizer will come back in 4 weeks, but it seems that Siemian will start for the next three weeks and the team can see what he can do.

Trevor Siemian has not yet taken the field for the Broncos and will make his first start next week. With Kessler's injury, the team will be on its third QB for the season, but in any case those players have been great. Cody Kessler has the third most yards for a QB in the NFL and Kizer threw for 424 yds before being injured. Trevor Siemian is coming off some injury issues since the preseason and the Bronco's did not trust Sieman for some reason. Last year, Trevor Siemian had 3401 yards with 18 TDs and 10 INTs. He had a QB rating of 84.6

Emmanuel Ogbah has not done anything special for the Browns as he has not recorded a tackle to date. However he is very young and is filling a hole for the Broncos defense. Their defense has not lived up to its name to date, but Ogbah will be able to start in their fifth game and will be Ogbah's sixth game of the season. This will allow him to play 17 games which will be the most in a season. However Ogbah still had not recorded a tackle as he has not had much playing time. Ogbah had 28 tackles and 5.5 sacks last year and the Browns hope he can play at that level this year.

Just run read option with Alviti, don't see what the Browns have to lose at this point.

Browns Brown, Lose 38-21
Image
In this game, the defense just wasn't able to stop the Lions offense. It was bad. Giving up 38 points was embarrising, but seems to be a common trend with this browns team. However the offense was not able to get it.

However the Browns did do well. Siemian passed for 252 yards and threw each a TD and INT. He ended up with an 81.8 Passer Rating. The Browns were also able to do well in the endzone and on third downs. Theo Riddick ran for 63 yards in 14 carries while Isaiah Crowell ran for 44 yards in 9 carries with a TD. Both Coleman and Hawkins played great each with 6 receptions and 86 and 96 yards respectively.

Overall, the Browns were simply outplayed by a better offense and was not able to beat the Lions and hope to beat the Packers next week.

I was gonna get Manziel, but would rather just have a better QB at this point. Trevor does have good durability though so when/if Kizer or Kessler gets hurt I can trust in a better QB.
Plus McCown's throwing stats are worse than his running stats. RIP

Browns Lose 43-39 in Crazy Game
Image
Siemian in loss to Packers

Image
This game was full of interceptions, heartbreaks, fumbles, touchdowns, and record breakers.

The game started with Green Bay dominance. The Packers scored 4 offensive touchdowns in the first half while the Browns could only muster a td with a failed kick and a field goal. After that the Packers would not be able to get a single offensive touchdown forcing the Packers to have to look to their defense. Anyway, the Browns scored 8 points in the third quarter and scored a touchdown and a 2 pt conversion both by Riddick. However they did give up a safety.

The fourth quarter was a bonanza. Josh Gordon had a 28 yd pass and got a 2 point conversion there. Then the Packer would kick a field goal and Clay Mathews would force a fumble and run it for 58 yards for a touchdown. TThe Browns quickly came back with a Theo Riddick 1 yd TD run and got another 2 pt conversion. Mason Crosby would kick a 50 yd FG. THeo Riddick had another 4 yd TD run, but failed the two point conversion. The Browns with 6 minutes left failed to score another point thanks to 2 fumble recoveries and an interception.

First off, Siemian played great. He threw for 596 yards which is a new record breaking Norm Van Brocklin 554 yards. However like Matt Stafford's 520 yards, it did not matter as the Browns would lose. Siemian would be forced to throw 79 attempts and only got 42 completions. He had a completion rate of 53% with an 81 passer rating. He did only throw 2 touchdowns and threw an interception.

For the run game, it was limited to 7 carries to Theo Riddick. He could only muster 21 yards, but scored 3 touchdowns as most of his runs were inside the 5. On the receiving end, no player played particullarly great, but altogether players had great games. Seth Devalve had 7 receptions with 136 yards and a touchdown. Josh Gordon had a 124 yards and 7 receptions on top of a td. Theo Riddick was limited to 5 receptions and only 7 yards. Rashard Higgins also had a great game with 7 receptions and 71 yards.

However the blocking was a huge issue. With 9 sacks, Siemian was not able to get enough times to make many throws. His only interception was to Morgan Burnett at the end of the game. There were three fumbles, one to Will Hill, one for Quinten Rollins and one to Clay Mathews who would score the touchdown. For the Browns they would sack Aaron Rodgers 7 times and limit their running game to 14 yards. James Wilder Jr had 17 carries, but could normally only get yard or two. Both Dominque Alexander and Jamar Taylor got interceptions. Danny Shelton got 3 fumbles and Collins, Lemonier, Taylor, and Carder each got one. Only four were recovered.

After today, the Browns have the second most passing yards in the league and still hold the most total yards for an offense. For defense the Browns rank 30th, but have recently signed Champ Bailey and Jabari Greer to fix this problem. Though both old and coming out of retirement, the Browns hope they bring new energy into the team's weak secondary. They hope to put Champ Bailey at free safety and Jabari Greer as their best corner.

Browns Beat Chiefs Thanks to Theo Riddick's 195 YDs
Image

Image
Theo Riddick is insane. Period.

The game started with the Browns putting up two TDs in the first quarter. They would be able to get another FG in the second quarter after a missed FG in the first quarter, but the Chiefs were able to put up 10 points. The Chiefs would do the sae in the third quarter and the Browns put up another two TDs in the third too. One of these TDs were from Jamie Collins who returned a fumble for a TD. In the last quarter it was again a bonanza.

Nick Foles played like he was going to throw another 7 TD game like he did against the Raiders. He threw for 3 TDs in the fourth quarter all over 14 yds. Crowell would run for two TDs and also get a 2 pt conversion. The Browns mostly rested Theo Riddick.

Is it ideal to play the Browns the Defense in fantasty. Yes it may be so. Joe Haden had 2 sacks and there were a total of four today. Jamar Taylor got another interception and there were five forced fumbles today for the browns in which 4 were recovered. One by Jamie Collins was a TD. They were also hitting both Foles hard. Also Nick Foles wasn't even the starting QB as it was Patrick Mahomes who threw for 109 yds in two plays.

The Browns defense is a problem, but they get what's needed by this team, oppurtunities.

Trevor Siemian threw for 271 yards with 27 completions and 42 attempts. He only had to throw one touchdown though and had a 64% completion rate.

Why did Siemian only have to throw one touchdown because of Theo Riddick who ran for 195 yards and ran for 2 TDs. That's not all as he ran it in 30 carries. Isaiah Crowell had 9 carries too for 21 yds and two TDs. On the receiving end Theo Riddick hauled in 9 passes for 57 yards with Siemian's only TD. There was not much else happening with the Browns's receivers.

But the Chiefs were great on the receiving end. Other than Albert Wilson, Travis Kelce had 5 receptions for 105 yds. Tyreek Hill had 4 receptions for 105 yds too. Hill would get one of Foles's TDs too. But it Spencer Ware who could only get 48 yds in 8 carries, had 124 yds, a touchown, and only 4 recptions. Albert Wilson obviously had his 8 receptions and 2 TDs for just 97 yds.

If we thought that Bailey and Greer would help, we must have been wrong. But Bailey and Greer did play, Greer with one tackle while Bailey had 7 tackles. The team did play great, but it didn't look as if it was the defense.

Browns Lose 27-24 in Overtime
Image
Siemian in overtime loss to Ravens

The Browns took an L. But it seems to be thanks to Siemian. Trevor Siemian threw for 468 yards and actually only threw for 2 interceptions. With 3 TDs. However his last interception in overtime caused the loss.

I played this game like a month ago so my memory is quite bad. I texted myself these stats though:

Theo Riddick ran for 101 yards with 18 carries and got a fumble on the ten yard line in overtime. Andrew Hawkins and Seth Devalve got 6 receptions for 87 and 90 yards respectively. That's all I got, but I remember that the Ravens got like 7 turnovers and we got 3. So overall, 5 of the turnovers happened in overtime or in the fourth quarter. Just a crazy game and a heartbreaker.

ok so i have decided to just change this log and try something else.
I'm going to play as the Giants and try to rebuild in a year. I also for some reason turned off salary cap which made this game much more uninteresting. So I want to play as the Giants and see who I can trade away for picks and other stuff. I also decided to start at the first game of the season.

Sorry for anyone following.
