Miami Marlins (7-8) vs. Seattle Mariners (9-7)

Matchup: RHP Tyler Cloyd (1-0, 2.70) vs LHP Adam Conley (1-1, 7.20)

Linescore

MIA - 2,0,0,0,0,1,1,1,2...7-13-0
SEA - 0,0,0,4,0,4,1,2,x...11-14-1

W: Kyle Barraclough (1-2) - 1.2 IP, 0 HA, 0 ER, 2 BB, 2 K
L: Tyler Cloyd (1-1) - 7.2 IP, 10 HA, 4 ER, 4 R, 1 BB, 5 K, 2 HRA
SV: Brad Ziegler (1 SV) - 2 IP, 3 HA, 0 ER, 0 R, 1 BB, 1 K

Game Recap
In this game, Alcantara got an RBI and we won. YAY!!!

Ok so what really happened is Straily decided to struggle by the sixth and Kyle Barraclough had to save the day again. He didn't even give up a run this time so that's cool right.

News:
Daniel Norris and Francisco Liriano got shutouts.

We signed Alcantara to a 6-year deal for $7,000,000. This is likely not to affect payroll as it would take up about a million a year.

Also, we had a trade with the Braves for minor league pitcher Brandon Shipley for Edison Volquez.

Brought up starter Trevor Oaks.

Injury Report:
None to report.

Fun Fact:
None to really report.
