What are your favorite success players stats and abilities? It doesn't have to be your best player. Maybe if you just trained them a different way.

I trained one to just get abilities, and a pitcher to just improve breaking balls(I wouldn't have kept him even if he passed success cause he didn't do well enough)

My favorites are Andrew Gao, Goose Gossage, and Hoyt Wilhelm.

I enjoyed making a replica of my brother, and he cheered me on all along, which made me feel appreciated.

Gossage is a Yankee, and one that enjoyed making - my first successful Intimidator.

Wilhelm was fun because KN are impossible for the AI to hit.

And I can't forget my first one ever- Jason Gao. B power, and not much else. I ended up just erasing him, but I plan on making a much better one, once I get much better at making guys.

Or maybe it's my catcher Tory Magnus, just because he plays 3 different positions, C, 3B, RF.

For me, it would have to be hughes because I like the Yankees, his 200+ stamina and 191 control, and the only ability he is missing is intimidator. As you can tell, I love to max out my guys.

I like to max out guys too. It just never works...I never thought of making a character based on someone I know (besides my dog), so I think I'll start on a character based on me. Not very hard just train fielding to C and I'm done :P .

My favorite that someone else made would be Reggie Jackson (courtesy KingCobretti/OmegaVega). The first All-A player ever, at least that I know of. He even looks the way he should (you reading The-F?)

For me, some of my best players were actually my least favorite to make because of how tedious it is to save/reload through the whole game.

Nolan Ryan is one of my favorites, it was my first player to successfully complete dad's story arc and get the named pitch.

Jackie Robinson was my first player to get all three girls' phone numbers in one game. I had to laugh at the irony of him dating three white women at the same time :D

My middle relief pitcher "X" is one of my favorites. He isn't all that impressive - 86MPH fastball, B level stamina and control, 3 breaking pitches levels 5, 3, and 2, and just a couple of abilities - but I made him carrying the Lone Wolf negative ability the entire game and I didn't save/reload a single time. So he was fun just in being a change of pace from the usual, and it only took a couple of hours to play him all the way through.

I do seem to have a lot of favorites, but Mark Melancon is another because he has Gyroball, Intimidator, and Gd Delivery to go with Dr.K, and Lucky (I think).

Paul Ruebans (real name of Pee Wee Herman) is easily my favorite. He's a nasty knuckleball pitcher. He's an American League pitcher though as he has no batting abilities.

My first guy, even though hes just a little above average (though he can usually win rookie of the year). His names Lou Gherig. I couldn't create anything that looked remotely like him so I gave up and gave him blue hair lol.
