I've got a new idea for what determines the team you play in your first year of success. I'm thinking it might have something to do with the date your coach put you on the roster. The next time you make an '07 character please note the week the coach adds you to the roster and what team you play. I'll start. April, Week 2--Narcissus |

idk, i think it also has to do with wat position you play (i.e. outfielder, pitcher...) |

I'll try that next. I'm determined to solve this.  some have speculated that it might have to do with the types of practices that you choose but I've picked Strength every time before the first year game and the team I play has always varied. Feel free to post additional theories on this. I'll try all of them. |

You have to slightly balance the scale of the game a little more toward practicng and only resting, studying when necessary. |

What I do is study just enough to get me to a Lvl. 1 bookworm. I never have to study again. This seems cool. I'll ask my friend (not RSM) to try this. |

I know this is an old topic, but this theory hasn't been proven or unconfirmed as far as I know, so I'll add my results: April Week 1 (which I think is the earliest because I've practiced every week after the coach appeared, I really don't see how you could get added in March): Mach University Impala Legs. |

April Week 2- I also played the Narcissus, either by coincidence or more likely this is how it's decided. |

April Week 3 - Isn't possible as a key event occupies that slot, I got put on the roster the next week, which lead to the Impala Legs. April Week 4 - I played the Impala Legs, hm, after reloading and getting put on the roster April Week 4 again, my results were the same. May Week 1 - Impala Legs again. May Week 2-4: Doesn't seem possible. Unfortunately, there have to be other factors in this somewhere, but I really need to run into the Iron Stones and Think Tank team... Edit: Now I'm going to test the theory that positions are what decide it. RF - Played against Impala Legs, no matter what week I was picked for the roster. |

I made another RF, got put on the roster April Week 2, but played the Iron Stones, I didn't have Willy Legend's bat this time if that might make a difference, I really have no idea at this point. I made a 3B April Week 2 as well but wound up playing the Tech Brains. |

You could be on to something Ianceberkman maybe I try that out on my Wii. But I think that the decision of the team is random because I always play the Narcissus and I never play the Impala Legs. |
