You can convert them into pitchers in spring training, but I they obviously wouldn't be very effective.

There's just not enough points to go around to make a player both a fielder and a pitcher. So my concept was the 1921 Babe Ruth (Yankees RF), the year he hit .378 and had 59 home runs.
