so there is no ability from Annie at the end - like getting Intimidator from Becky?

I've never really gotten past three hearts on any girl, and it usually ends around one to none - I can't do both girls and stats.

No, then they'd be no incentive for finishing her arc. Annie's ending gives you Spin 4/Push Hitter and a ton of mentality points I think. Not that they're worth pursuing her for.

I want to punch that retard Toby in the teeth for voting against me and putting in Free Weights instead of the original training, so instead of a mild 34% injury rate on a sliver of vitality, I have to deal with a massive 56% rate and I get less strength points. Thanks a ton you scrub

On the bright side, you can gamble for 1/2 power + 1 contact/trajectory.

Yeah, only now instead of it taking 3 hours to churn out a decent player, it will take me a whole freakin' day because of the reloading from injuries

On another note - I was surprised to get $300 dollar from the lunch lady because Eddy got into Think Tank University thanks to my tutoring - it happened like half a year later. But good thing, too, because I needed money for a new bat.

I had a challenge once where she asked me to quit baseball and become her lab partner. It was a Fate Card Scenario, and I picked no. Wonder what would have happened if I had said yes.

When I made the majors, Annie left her research to come with me.
This happened twice and, both times, she was my special person.

I have to say that for the last 3 months I have seen all of these odd scenarios pop up like one time, and cannot recreate them for the life of me. And of course this was before I got into my current Success Mode project, and I wrote none of this stuff down, and now I want to kick myself for it.

I am almost starting to think that there are some random events that will not appear if you go the save and reload route.

I save/loaded on my guy, so that this ended up happening twice - I didn't save the first time.

Don't know where to post this: but it's random:

When boosting abilities like contact, top speed, arm strength etc. where the top is 15 or 105 it requires another upgrade before the ability is "acquired" For example when I boosted top speed it went from 104 to 105. I boosted it again and the number was still 105 but instead of faded out numbers, there was a green bar saying 'acquired' like with abilities. Why? Is there a difference?

oh, and, how do you get the Star ability?

I have noticed that only happens when I have a bat/ glove/ shoes that increase abilities. If you have the items equipped you will see the stat booster figured in to your totals when you go to power up. So if your shoes give you a +3 speed, then you will be able to power speed up three times beyond 15 before Acquired will appear.

You can get Star sometimes by becoming captain in YR2, or in any number of random events, dates, or at work even.
