I created this character in Success mode. The weird thing is that he, someway, developed this weird way to hold a bat. He holds the bat with only one hand and does this weird animation when getting ready to bat, like if the bat was a sword. Has anyone else gotten this?

Good job! Some people have tried for hours and not been able to get that.

And that would be the swing of Patrick, of the World Gatherings.

I don't even know how he developed that. It just happened during the second year tournament. Maybe it's just random.

But several changes happen other than those you chose at the beginning of the game. I've also had characters that change their favorite batting direction depending on how they play the games. But yeah, the one-hand batting forms is the weirdest thing I've seen.

You change you batting stance if you choose "Yes" when Peter asks if you want to work on your swing during a random event. If it's successful, you will get the stance of one of the rival bosses, such as Patrick, or Mars.

The change of hitting directions is actually adding either a hot and cold zone in the strike zone. It has nothing to do with the direction you hit the ball. They could have worded it better in the game.

What's Mar's batting form?

He aims the bat at the pitcher like he's firing a rifle.

Haha! I haven't seen that one. I haven't even seen Patrick hold the bat like my character.

Well that just doesn't make any sense. Either you have bad eyes or aren't paying attention to Patrick's batting style because it is clear

I've never created a Pitcher. So on the games I only play whenever my character bats. That's why I haven't seen their batting forms. Not a matter of sense nor attention.

even when just creating fielders, if you accept the captaincy, you will have full control in the final innings, and usually Patrick bats saying "Ha, after this at bat, you won't have to worry about winning."
