Within the practice controls if you choose for a player to "Rest" there are two options: "Fitness" and "Rehab". Anyone know the difference between these? I noticed my players were getting close to like 75% fatigue so I figured I should rest them. I just didn't know if "fitness" or "rehab" would be the most appropriate choice in this situation.

I have no idea which is which, but if my players are tired, I put them on "Fitness", if I have an injured player, I put him in "Rehab".

I believe that "fitness" is for lowering fatigue and "rehab is for injuires. (I'm not positive, though.)
