Post subject:  How to unlock convert position?
Can anyone tell me how to unlock the ability to train someone in a new position? I have a player I made that has a gumby arm at SS, I'd rather convert him to 2B because I drafted a good SS in the 1st year draft.

Are you in season mode? If so, you'll either have to wait until spring training and put him in convert position in practice or buy convert position in the shop in season mode, which costs a lot of money I think.

Yeah, I'm in season mode. There are a lot of items in the shop that are back-ordered, one of them is probably the convert one, but I was just wondering if anyone knew how to unlock it. I know that someone said you need like 13 trophies to unlock arrange mode. As an aside, does that count player/pitcher/rookie of month/weeks? My SS is hitting .409 with 40 steals in June, but his bounce throws from deep shortstop kill my pitchers stamina...

I just bought "Change Position" recently. You have to buy it in the shop in Season Mode, and it costs 100,000 owner points.

He was asking how to unlock it...I think it might be when you win the World Series you can buy it because after I won the World Series I was able to buy it, I also won 13+ awards that season. Also, weekly mvp awards don't count towards the total but I think monthly awards count towards the total.

It can't be the world series trophy because it took me 6 seasons to get it.

the way to unlock it is this

Either win a World Series while playing all 162 games and playoffs (don't simulate) or win 3 World Series and play 5 seasons

Found on the wiki I think it was originaly found off a japanese site by cownip

Well I guess I might unlock it this season(I've played every game), but it will be useless since the new power pros is coming out and I doubt I'll play the old one much.

I found it from another thread from a person who looked at the sites. Some of it I found out for myself. Some of it I guessed on based on sequence and previous ones. I've comfirmed most of them. I'll still play the first because of my team.

No, it's to unlock it in the shop, you won the WS 3 times in 5 years(actually less) and you unlocked it in the shop by doing that, it's not free, you still have to pay for it.
