The MLB decided to expand the league to 32 teams yesterday. The Colorado Springs All Timers and the Kagomachi Kamikazes. The All Timers have built a replica of the H.H.H. Metrodome in downtown Colorado Springs and the Kamikazes have built a stadium named Panpaka Park after a local casino. The All Timers starting lineup should be announced sometime tomorrow. This is lanceberkman representing powerpro news.

All-Timers lose to As 7-4

The game went back and forth until the 6th when the As blasted 4 runs off of Relief Pitcher Cy Young. Young gave up 5 runs in total and was handed the loss. The All Timer's player of the game was Jimmie Foxx who had a home run and started a 2-run rally in the ninth that ended when Jackie Robinson grounded out to the second baseman with runners on second and third.

All Timers lose to As 3-2

The All Timer's defense was at it's best today performing 4 double plays and an outfield assist by Ty Cobb. Unfortunately, Mordecai Brown couldn't make the ball miss the bats of the As and they scored three runs in seven innings off of him including a home run by Nick Swisher. The All Timers tried to make another late inning rally but Brooks Robinson left Josh Gibson stranded on second when he grounded out to the third baseman to end yet another close game.

Player of the Game:Josh Gibson

Great so far, but no backup catcher? Don't you ever do that thing were you jump into the backstop?

All Timers lose to As 2-1

The All Timers have dropped their first three to the As. Kid Nichols pitched fantastically with the exception of two pitches which are currently in orbit around the earth. Another late-inning push ended on a groundout and Dan Haren got the win.

I have players in the minors... I'll get my AAA players up sometime. But Gibson can play C so I'm not too worried about jumping into the backstop(which is fun     )

LOL, Tony Coniglaro starting over Babe Ruth and Ted Williams? Would never happen in real life!

Anyway, can you tell us the abilities of your players?

All Timers beat As 4-3

The All Timers avoided a sweep today by beating the Oakland As 4-3. This is their first win of the season and hopefully they will continue playing this well. Their pitching and defense has been fantastic but they were having problems stringing hits together. Well that problem was made up for today with 2 home runs off the bats of Brooks Robinson and Josh Gibson.

W-Pud Galvin
L-Joe Blanton
S-Dennis Eckersly

HR-Brooks Robinson(1)
---Josh Gibson(1)

Player of the Game:Josh Gibson
Gibson hit a home run in the top of the ninth to put the All Timers on top of the As 4-3. In the bottom of the ninth he made an incredible diving catch to rob Nick Swisher of what surely would've been a triple.

Record: 1-3
5th in AL West

Notes:Jackie Robinson stole his first base of the year.

All-Timers win over the Texas Rangers 8-7

In a game that see-sawed back and forth the All Timers prevailed for the win beating the Texas Rangers 8-7. Bob Feller had a rough first inning giving up 6 runs but he gave up no hits until the seventh when he was pulled for Reliever Nolan Ryan after giving up a home run to make the score 8-7. Ryan then pitched 3 scorless innings striking out one batter in the process. Dennis Eckersly closed out the final inning with a save.

W-Bob Feller 1-0
L-Joaquin Benoit 0-1

good job, and where your home stadium

I really miss the '07 version for some reason but its hard for me to play it due to the fact that I'm a pretty big stat guy now and Giambi, Swisher and Dunn getting 10 homeruns and batting under .100 doesn't work for me
