I've never really seen this to be much of a problem before. Granted I only play one game a season now, but my team is always fine when I use it.

I would guess catchers and outfielders would get fatigued more, as they have to squat/run all the time.

My catcher tends to fatigue a bit faster than other players (as he should). -j

I've found that rotating them on Rest>Fitness when they get nearly halfway up the bar has kept my team relatively healthy. Every time there's an open day I put as many people as I can on Fitness to stretch them out, and I also bought the Hot Dog item to give me Lvl. 2 in resting so they regenerate even faster (even though they probably get fat from eating hot dogs ;))
