Okay, I'm new to the boards and I've looked around, but I'm a bit confused on the owner points at the end of the season.

I seen you must be in the black with owner points to continue. However, what about being in the red overall?

I traded a bunch of players and bought a bunch of equipment for practice. So is the it the owner points on-hand or overall shape of the team that counts at the end of the season?

As long as you finish the season with at least 1 point, you'll go on. It doesn't matter if you made a profit or a loss.

I am new and very confused with the point system of this game too. I played Yankees for 3 months (4/5/6) and none of my month balance was black. All were red!! But, I only lost two in 70+ games and the points I got by each game was around 600 in average. I don't know if there is any other way to earn points because only by this way, I can not afford those expensive Yankees!! (Through half of the season, my owner points fall from 69000 to 18000. I think I am going to be broken very soon.)

Besides, every time I saved my game, the system told me I gained 2000 Power Points for each game I played. What's this power points and how can I use it? Can I use those point to pay the salary or buy equipments at the shop?

the power points are for the shop in the main menu, you can buy stances, alternate uniforms, and extra stuff. Try trading away overpriced players for cheaper guys.

You can buy season bonuses at the shop that give you more at the beggining of season mode. They are pretty expensive, though. I believe 10,000 PP to buy the small one, not positive
