What do I Practice in Season Mode to lessen the effect of or negate "Choke Artist" ability of a pitcher ?

Unfortunately there are some (negative) abilities that cannot be ridden. Examples are:
-Hot Head
-Walk
-Choke Artist
-Shuuto Spin
-Free Swinger
-Error Prone

There are probably more....

I think you can negate "error prone" with "gold glover". Wait... Is "gold glover" a learnable skill in season mode?

Fastball has undesired spin away from a right handed pitcher (like a shuuto). The effect takes off some top speed and hurts accuracy.

I noticed that some players have the negative (or positive) abilities of Good/ bad Rain player, or Good/ Bad Day game player. These both I have no idea how you would get them, or even if you can.

Some abilities are just there for good, and that is it.
