i have a guy that just completed training for the Gold Glove in techniques, anyway, it doesn't show up on his player card. did i do something wrong? it looks like its re-training Gold Glove all over again. Hitting and pitching stats seem to go up but any technique states like gold glove, tough out, dr. K, seem to not work

Please help!!!!!!!

When you train for skills they can actually fail, so it's not a matter of them showing up or not, it's a matter of whether he succeeded or failed.
