The Braves won 88 games last year but finished 4th in the stacked NL East. The Braves have put up a great record since 2012 but have failed to make the play-offs. The Braves have a very solid pitching staff starting with ace Brandon Beachy (95 CA 4SLD 4CUT 2CB 4CHG). They also have youngun Mike Minor (95 DB 2SLD 2CB 5CHG) and star C.J. Wilson (94 BA 3SLD 4CUT 2CB 2CHG 3HSNK). They still have the 1-2 set-up man closer punch in Jonny Venters (98 AC 5SLD 5HSNK) and Craig Kimbrel (100 AC 6SLD). On offense, they've got 1B Freddie Freeman (3CBECDA) and 2B Dustin Perdoia (2BBCCBC). They have 2 star outfielders in Matt Diaz (2CBBAAB) and Jason Heyward (3CBBDBD) to add on. The Braves are my prediction to take the NL East this year.

The Marlins have been great since 2012. Ace Josh Johnson (94 BA 3SLD 5CHG) is a big help for the Marlins poor-ish pitching staff. Young 1B Chase Battle (4CBDDDA) should be a big help to the Marlins once he is an everyday player when they get rid of Gaby Sanchez (3DBDCBC). 3B Hanley Ramirez (3ABBDCB) who has MVP caliber can't wait for another huge season along with SS Jose Reyes (2BCACBB). They also have a young star CF in Robin Sandoval (4CBCFDD). The Marlins will not win the division last year and probably won't make the playoffs in the stacked NL East.

The Mets have been disappointing since 2012 but have star-power now. The Mers pitching rotation is really struggling but closer Frank Francisco (98 DC 5CB 5SPLT) really helps out. Catcher Brian McCann (3CBEBDC) is a big part of the Mets' offense andnhas potential. 1B Paul Konerko (4BAEBBB) is another big part of the Mets' offense but hasn't really lit up since 2011. The free agent signing of Ryan Braun (4AACCBE) is the biggest acquisition in the MLB this whole off season and should help the Mets out big time. Overall, the Mets are solid, but will probably be in the cellar of this action packed division.

The Nats have been a pretty average team since 2012 but had a notable year this year going 91-71. The defense is lead by two-time Cy Young winner Stephen Strasburg (101 BA 4CB 6CHG 4SIFB) and star Gio Gonzalez (96 BA 4SLD 4SCB 4CHG). Closer Tyler Clippard (95 AC 4SLD 4CUT 5CHG) is also still a superstar. Young 3B Anthony Rendon (3CBDDDB) is a big part of the Nationals mediocre offense. The O is lead by star LF Mike Morse (3BADBDD). They have a young CF in Cavazos (2CFCCDC) that will definitely help out and so will outfielders Brennan Boesch (2CBCDCD) and Jayson Werth (3EBDBCD). The Nats are a solid team but need to pick up the batting to be the champions of this powerful NL East division.

Hey guys, sorry if you think that I'm trying to raise post count doing this. I am just trying to avoid BBCode glitching out.

The Reds have been a pretty good team since 2012. Ace Johnny Cueto (96 BA 3SLD 2CB 3SIFB) is still good but is starting to age. Aroldis Chapman (105 BB 6SLD 2CHG) can do well in any role for the Reds. 2B Danny Espinosa (2DBBEBC) is a big help to the Reds' offense ever since they lost Joey Votto for LF Desmond Jennings (3CBADCB) who has been able to rack up the offense for the Reds. RF Jay Bruce (3CABDCA) has been great for the Reds though. The Reds are a solid team and the NL Central isn't exactly the strongest division so, they can still win the division.

The Cards and the Reds have basically identical records since 2012 as they've been similar teams. The Cardinals starting rotation is the big 5 this year. Ace [Adam Wainwright (96 BA 3SLD 4CB 4CHG), 2-man Chris Carpenter (95 BA 4HSLD 4DCB 3SPLT), 3-man Jeremy Hellickson (95 CA 3SLD 3CB 2CHG), 4-man Brandon McCarthy (95 CA 2SLD 4CB 3CHG 2SIFB), and 5-man Kyle Lohse (96 CA 3SLD 2CUT 3CHG). 1B Lance Berkman (4BAECDC) is still swinging and hopes for plenty of dingers this year. LF Matt Holliday (3BABDDC) is hoping for a 30-bomb season and will likely have one. Norichika Aoki (2ADABBC), Carlos Beltran (3CACABA), and Jon Jay (2BCBDBC) are all solid outfielders. The Cards would be happy to trade one or these away for more infield depth. The Cardinals will likely win the division this year.

2014 record: 71-91
Since 2012: 249-237
The Brewers have had a winning record since 2012 but had an off season last year going 71-91. The Brewers only have 24 players on their active roster which is kind of scary, they need more depth. Aces Zack Greinke (96 BA 22SFB 4SLD 3CB 3CHG 3HSNK) and Ivan Nova (97 CA 32SFB 3SLD 4DCB 3CCHG) look to help provide pitching depth for the Brewers. The Brewers weakest spot is at catcher. They currently have Hou (2EFDDBE) and Martin Maldonado (2EFFDFD). They have James Loney (2DBCBAC) at first and Rickie Weeks (3BBBBDG) at second. They also have a star third baseman in Aramis Ramirez (4BAECBB) and a good shortstop in Alex Gonzalez (2DBBBAB). They do have a star CF with Nyjer Morgan (2BDABAB) and a promising young left fielder Andy Dirks (2CDCCDC). The Brewers are a rebuilding act but are still a solid team.

The Cubbies have been solid since 2012 but still haven't broken the curse. They made the playoffs last year but got out in the first round. They are led by Ryan Dempster (95 BA 4SLD 4CHG 3SPLT 2SIFB). On offense, they have slugger Bryan LaHair (3CAEBCE) and SS Starlin Castro (2BCBBBF). They also have outfielders Marlon Byrd (2CCBBAC) and Cameron Maybin (2CBBDAC). The Cubs have a very solid team but probably won't make the playoffs this year.

The Pirates had a terrible record in 2014 but still not the worst record. They have 3 great starters in A.J. Burnett (96 EA 3CUT 5KNCB 2CHG 3SIFB), Francisco Liriano (99 CA 5HSLD 3CHG), and the best of them all David Price (100 BA 22SFB 4SLD 2CHG). Nick Swisher (3DACBCC) is the only notable part of the Pirates offense. Even though the Pirates have such a great defense their offense is of no comparison. Hopefully they can get someone extremely good with the #2 pick of the 2015 MLB Draft.

The 'Stros have been terrible since 2012. It's shameful that there was a team worse than the Pirates last year but alas! The Astros went 46-116. The 'Stros don't have a great rotation. Their offense leaders are Brian Roberts (2DBBEBB), J.D. Martinez (3DBCCDC), and Chris Young (4EBBEED). Obviously, the Astros are going to stay in the celalr until they can pick up some more offense and pitching from the draft.

The D'Backs haven't been a solid team as of late. They went 48-114 tying the Pirates for the 2nd worst record. Aces Ian Kennedy (94 BA 3SLD 4KNCB 4CHG 3SIFB) and Chris Sale (97 CA 4SLD 4CHG 3SPLT) are the heart of the Backs' defense. On O, they've got 3 solid outfielders in Travis Buck (3DBBEDE), Michael Cuddyer (3CACAEC), and Ben Revere (2DEABAD). Overall, the Backs have a solid future ahead of them, but for now they need to concentrate on improving their infield.

The Giants have been very even since 2012. The Giants rotation is almost gone. They still have Matt Cain (95 BA 3HSLD 1CB 3CHG 3SIFB) though who is aging but still good. Sergio Romo (92 BC 5SLD 6CHG 3SNK) is expected to take over the closer role this year with Wilson gone, Romo is probably the best reliever in baseball. They also have star catcher Buster Posey (3BBEBAC) and 3B Ryan Zimmerman (3CBCBBA). They also have left fielder Melky Cabrera (3CBBCBC). The Giants are a good team but won't go anywhere this year.

The Padres have been a below average team since 2012. They are led by pitcher Edinson Volquez (97 BA 4CB 4CHG 3SIFB) and 3B Brett Lawrie (3DBCBDD). Their supporting crew is made up of Jason Bartlett (2CDBBAB), 2B Gordon Beckham (2CCBDCD), and young outfielder Stark (3DDBDCC). Obviously, Stark has a huge future ahead of him. The Padres aren't great but are still .500 capable.

Last year's World Series champions are looking for a repeat in 2015. They are led by ace Clayton Kershaw (96 AA 5SLD 4CB 4CHG) and CF Matt Kemp (3AAADCB). Edwin Encarnacion (3CBCBCD) is there to help with the bat along with Andre Ethier (3CACBCD). They also have star closer Drew Storen (99 BC 5SLD 4SIFB) to strike fear in other teams. Overall, I think the Dodgers have the division locked up this year.

The Rockies are a bit above .500 since 2012. After losing the WS in 2012 to the Rangers they fell into depression. Their young 2B Neil Walker (2CBDDBC) is breaking out and star Troy Tulowitzki (3AACDCB) is expected to have a huge year. Their outfield is led by Carlos Gonzalez (3CABDBB) and includes speedster Dexter Fowler (2DCABBC) and RF Corey Hart (3CACADD). The Rockies arent a great team, but if they improve their pitching, they can be scary.

So! I'm officially done with all the teams. I just have the ROTY report and then, opening day update.
