Okay, I was messing around with Season mode (after winning the world series) into Spring training.

Question 1: Why isn't the Arrange Team available to buy in the Shop? I won the WS, but it's still on backorder.

Question 2: Where do I find which players are friends with others, so they train better?

I think you need to win the world series with a success mode player on the team and I think you just need to guess which ones would be friends.

Yes I clinched my division (by one game in front of the Cardinals), beat the Giants, beat the Dodgers, then beat the Twins in the WS.

At this point it's not clear HOW friendships are formed, as no one here has yet successfully "taught" an ability to another player, or improved friendship for that matter.

I'm going to go with what everyone else is saying:

Clear Success Mode
Success Mode player must be on roster (maybe stuffed in the back of AAA is okay?)
Win Division
Win World Series
and we know that Div/WS wins don't have to be the same season.

And I'm surprised the Dodgers made it to the NLCS, did they make some blockbuster trades? Any time I play someone else they're usually 4th in the division XD.

On my season mode, I have improved trust levels. They are high after one season. It may be because I paired three success mode players up for the whole season. I also successfully taught a pitcher that had flyball pitcher, groundball pitcher. It was completely random because it hadn't worked for the whole season.

Yeah I had a starting pitcher from Success mode in there, pretty much won Game 6 and finished the world series....

man I hope I don't have to go through all of that again to unlock it.

I'm playing a season just to unlock the Arrange Team option (again).
What I'm doing, and if you are mainly focusing on the Arrange Team unlocking, is disregarding points and everything else. I don't care for the Season Mode part this time around. I just loaded up my team with all the Success Mode players that THE-F and KINGCOBRETTI posted, and releasing almost everyone else on the team. I also temporarily edited the players left on my team (Yankees) to make them all A's. That way I can just sim to the last game of the World Series, and I know I will win. That's how I unlock it.

When it comes to simming, I do something else while goes on.
I finished it today, and unlocked the Arrange Team option in the Shop.
My team went 158-4 with -17000 owner points

Maybe you have to sweep the World Series?

I haven't been able to pin down the exact criteria to unlock arrange team in season mode either. For me, it unlocked after my first season. I played roughly 35-40 games of the season, simmed the rest, and won the WS in 7 games.

I *think* it probably has something to do with some minimum amount of owner points earned, but I couldn't tell you what that number is. But that line of thinking seems consistent with why we all see somewhat different results in getting it unlocked.

I doubt owner points has anything to do with it. I finished the season with under -15000 (negative) points.

I just stacked my team by releasing players and signed Success Mode players, and simmed through the season purely to unlock the Arrange Team from the Shop. Mission was a Success!

Maybe your overall record (regular season or playoffs) has something to do with it?
