I was wondering if any body wanted to be a "scout"? All you would have to do is make a player or two at the end of the sean for me to "draft" and i could just use the password to get them?

I'd definitely do that but my copy of JPPY '12'll be here in like, 2-3 weeks if you still need it then.

I've got some players, so sure!

Look up Ohno in the JPPY Password Exchange for starters.

I haven't looked at him. What are his stats? I don't want to have a over powered pitcher. The Sharks are a building process.

Also I forgot to put the lineups and rotation up!

Lineup all same
1.Walker-SS
2.Norton-CF
3.Dominguez-C
4.Smith-DH
5.Jones-3rd
6.Wood-LF
7.Cooper-RF
8.James-2nd
9.Cobb-1st

Rotation:
1.Scott
2.Dean
3.Cole
4.Barry
5.Cook
6.Gray

Mercer is the closer only because of his speed.

Opening Day is Finally Upon us!!

The first game that we had was against the Swallows, they have some very good pitching and have a few guys who could go yard.

Sakai Sharks AT Yakult Swallows

Top 2: Woods would single but would get picked off.

Bottom 2: Kawabata would hit a one out single into center field but would not be able to score as Scott forces a ground out and a strike out to end the inning.

Top 3: Cooper would lead off with a walk but a line out to second by James would get a double play. Cobb with single right after and be sent to third on a walker double. Norton will walk on 4 straight pitches to bring up the hard hitting catcher. An amazing diving stop by the SS would keep this game tied at 0.

Bottom 3: Aikawa would single and be moved to second on a sac bunt. He would be moved to third on a sac fly to deep center field by Ueda. Tanaka would strike out to end the inning

Top 4: Smith and Jones would both single to start of the fourth inning, both being advanced on a Wood sac bunt. Cooper would take his second walk of the day to load the bases with only one out. Next batter, James, would ground to second for a FC but a run will score as he beats the double play throw. Cobb will ground out to short to end the inning.

Top 5: After a very quiet Bottom 4, The Sharks had a one our walk by star shortstop Walker. Norton followed with a first pitch single up the middle. Dominguez finished it off with a 3 run blast, his first of the season, that went 150(492!) meters in center! Jones, Wood, and Cooper would all single to load the bases up again off the new relief pitcher Oshimoto. Jones would score when James walked but a double play would end the inning when Cobb lined to first.

Bottom 5: The Swallows would respond with a bomb over left field by Balentien. He was followed by two singles but a double play and a ground out will end the rally.

Top 6: Dominguez will put another ball into the bleachers. Not as far as his other one, but 129(423) meters. Second of the game and season.

Bottom 6: Milledge will double to start the inning and will be followed by a Hatakeyama 2-run Homerun. Kawabata will single and try top score on a Balentien double but will be thrown out by the relay throw of James. Miyamote will hit an RBI double but the swallows can't get anything else going.

Bottom 7: Scott would end his day with a quick 1-2-3 Inning.

Top 8: Cobb will single to start off the eighth inning and will go to second on a wild pitch. Walker will hit a towering shot that will hit the wall in right field but using his speed he will get into third safely with a RBI triple. Norton puts down a squeeze play to score Walker. Dominguez, looking for the hat trick, will hit the wall in right as he gets a double. A line out by smith will get the double play.

Bottom 8: The Sharks will put Garrett out to pitch the 8th. He lets up a single and a double and he quickly finds himself with no outs with men on second and third. A Balentien single will bring home one. Another is scored on a double play by Miyamote.

Bottom 9: Mercer will come in to close in his first ever opportunity. He gets a ground ball to start off the inning but a single would be next to come. Lucky for the Sharks, the young pitcher gets a taylor made double play ball to walker who will toss it to James and back over to Cobb to end the game.

Sharks win 8-7!

Oh yes! So much! I'd love to make players for you! I have a bunch of players. About 175

I've got a bunch from 2011, if'n you're willing to use them. Some of the better ones are in the exchange.

I've got about 150 players though, so if you're looking for anything, give me a holler.

Week Two!

We are playing the other expansion team the Osaka Bats, they really don"t have much talent at all.

Osaka Bats AT Sakai Sharks

(1-0) Barry vs. (0-0) Kamuchi 146km/h F D SNK-1 SLD-3

Bottom 1: Walker singles and will advance on a FC play. Dominguez scores Walker on a single as the right fielder will bobble the ball. Three straight singles by Smith, Jones, and Woods getting the RBI for Dominguez. Cooper will double up to end the inning

Bottom 2: James will double off the wall in center. A Cobb ground out will advance James to third who will be brought in by a SAC fly by Walker. Norton would follow with a double but a Dominguez ground out will end the inning.

Bottom 3: Wood will double to start a rally and would score on a Cooper single. James and Cobb would both single but no other runs are scored.

Top 4: Barry has a No-No through 4. 1BB 0SO

Top 5: Barry loses no hitter: Sakata, Niwa, and Douue all with one out singles. Ground ball by Enomoto ends in double play

Top 6: Inada and Imanami single and walk with and out but the bats cant capitalize with a strikeout and ground out.

Bottom 6: Walker hits a Solo homerun with two outs. 128(419)m.

Top 7: The bats have no problem getting on base, but cannot score any runs as Sakata hits another single. Followed by a Douue single. The rally was cut short by a Strike out, ground out, and a line out to first.

Bottom 7: Smith would take a one out walk and would try to go home on a Jones double but would be thrown out by CF Enomoto. Jones would score on a Woods single, who would end the inning trying to stretch it to a double.

Top 8: Inada would single and be followed by a Imanami single.A double play and a fly out will once again end the Bats threats.

Bottom 8: Cooper would single to be followed by a James 2-run Homerun. 126(413)m.

Top 9: Burton would come in to close. A leadoff single by Sakata, his third of the night, would leave him out there for a while but he will eventually score as Enomoto will single just over Harper, who is in for Jones. Burton would settle down and get Kanno to end the game.

Sharks Win 8-1!
