Good Evening,

My name is Tybeyman, I run the Youtube Channel SuperKumaX; its not big but I am happy with it.

I love MLB Power Pros almost to a fault. So much so that I am planning doing a full three season series of the (Currently) Chiba Pegasus. I have been working on making this happen for almost three years now and I am almost done. But I need help. As much as I need players to finish my team, I am in much more need teams to do some sort of a "Spring Training". Of course, your players and/or teams would be in videos as well and you will be credited for the help. I have some requirements, but I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in providing players/teams.

Welcome, tybeyman! Glad to have you here!

If you're looking for players/teams, we have an awesome 2007 Password Exchange here, and if you're in need of specific teams, the Charlotte Chargers and Glenridge Posse are great choices for teams.

Good luck!

thanks for the nod Dishnet, but it looks like he is a PS2 user, charlotte chargers won't fly.

Thanks for trying, they look like really good teams. Unfortunately I do play the PS2 version, so it a no go.

Also, two questions: One, I have the bulky PS2, so do I need a PS2 ethernet cable. I am not sure how exactly I am supposed to get the play if I type it in an just hit okay. And the second is, are the passwords really that long?!?1

There isn't online play in MLBPP, sadly, so you don't need an ethernet cable.

And, yes, the passwords really are that long. I'd suggest printing them out or something and taking them with you to the TV to enter it in. It's tedious, but it allows for many different password combos, and is well worth the effort.

Okay, I am slightly confused now. So then how exactly does it know what player you are inputting. Does it just come up with random people with random stats?
The system seems far to simple for me to type in a password and instantly get a player.

Maybe I should just try it and see

yeah tbh this has always confused me too. I assume it's something to do with the code, they probably have certain characters/sequences for everything I guess
