It's Opening Day!
I have every 40-man roster on my computer.
My first updates for the Nats and Mets may be re-done.
Now, I won't be able to get the Astros in the NL Central do it at your own risk.(I will maybe put the Brewers and Astros in the West)
So the plan is:
The AL East:
1. Red Sox
2. Yankees
3. Blue Jays
4. Orioles
5. Rays
The AL Central:
1. Indians
2. Tigers
3. Twins
4. White Sox
5. Royals
The AL West:
1. Angels
2. Mariners
3. Athletics
4. Rangers
The NL East:
1. Phillies
2. Mets
3. Braves
4. Nationals
5. Marlins
The NL Central:
1. Cubs
2. Reds
3. Cards
4. Astros
5. Reds
6. Pirates
The NL West:
1. Diamondbacks
2. Rockies
3. Padres
4. Dodgers
5. Giants

Sox fan here. Mind if I chime in a bit on the Red Sox?

Kelly is a weird case. He throws incredibly hard and has decent movement on his 2-seamer but gets rocked with some regularity. His command/control is poor and he tends to pipe pitches. He's not a flyball pitcher, in fact I think he borderline deserves groundball recognition due to a 1.84 GB/FB ratio, and in relief last year his k-rate jumped into the 10s. It's worth noting that he is apparently throwing a slider with a lot more dive this year due to some grip/release adjustments. The Sox are planning on using him out of the bullpen and I think he should look more like this going into 2017:

RP Joe Kelly - 102, 110, 85 - RFB 3, HSL 2, CV 2, CCH 1 - Consistency 2, Durability 2, Fat Pitch, Dr. K, Walk, (Groundball?)

If making a SP variant I think the velocity should come down to 99/100, endurance up to 140, and he should lose Dr. K. He's a deeply flawed pitcher with some serious (unbalanced) talent.

Thanks Comfortably Lomb!
I think I'll give him like a 100 Stamina for the update because I think of him more of a swingman myself.

All the pitchers are done. If you have any hey that's not fair, then put it here. I'll change it probably.

I actually had fun doing these. Can't be help with other teams though, I just don't see the players enough. Anyway, a few thoughts (and I note that I think your MPH are just a little bit too high across the board... I tend to think of it as a cap but round up the pitchfx numbers on Fangraphs):

SP Rick Porcello: 96, 185, 165 - CCH 4, CV 4, SL 4, HSI 2 - Consistency 4, Durability 4, Spin 4, Lucky, Good Delivery, STR Finisher, vLHH 4, (Groundball?)
Porcello was a repertoire pitcher with great command in 2016. His fastball is good but it's good because the rest of his stuff was generally excellent and varied. There doesn't seem to be any justification for Poise or wRISP, his splits in those situations were in line with his performance the rest of the time--he didn't step up his game, he was just himself. His groundball rate has actually be sliding since his Detroit days but you might argue last year was an abberation. He won the Cy and this version should be a very good pitcher.
SP David Price - 97, 205, 165 - CCH 3, KC 3, CUT 2, RFB 2 - Strong Finisher, Fat Pitch, Release 4, (Dr. K?)
Bad year for Price. Well, a very bad start to the year and he turned it around but laying an egg in April sticks in people's minds. His biggest problem was piping pitches that were launched for home runs. His k-rate has been sliding for a few years and heading through his 30s it's tough to argue it's going to get better. He's also right on the 9.0 k/9 line. With his recent elbow injury it's hard to be high on him right now. Giving him too many abilities might be giving him too much based on his former ace days.
SP Eduardo Rodriguez: 97, 135, 140 - CCH 3, HSL 1, 2FB 1 - FB Life 4, wRISP 2, (Flyball?)
Basically a fastball-change pitcher. He has the potential to be an above average starting pitcher due to his velocity but his secondary stuff needs to catch up. With his limited innings it's tough to nail down his control and endurance, but he does wear down in the 6th and 7th.
SP Steven Wright: 87, 125, 160 - KN 5, SCV 2 - vsLHH 4, wRISP 2, Strong Finisher, Base Running 2
He's kind of Wakefield with an extra 10 mph on his fastball, arguably a slightly worse knuckleball, and better ability to go deep into games. I'd like to see him post a strong 2017 before giving him KN 6. He gets Base Running 2 for managing to end his 2016 season by having the grace of a sack of potatoes while diving into second.
SP Henry Owens: - 91, 105, 135 - CH 3, CV 2, SL 1 - Flyball, Fat Pitch
Owens is a mess. His control was touted in the minors but vs. MLB hitting he has proven to be the kind of pitcher who can get the ball over the plate but who doesn't throw quality strikes. Then he buckles and starts missing. I think his ceiling is rapidly becoming AAAA pitcher.

I'll change these later because I'm on my phone and it's kind of hard for me to get everything on right now.
Anyway thanks. I knew I overpowered Rick Porcello, but that does still seem like a Cy Young Winner. ANd I did get a little overpowered(I MEAN A LOT) for Price.

Alright I finished everyone on the Red Sox except outfielders.
If anyone wants to do those be my guest.
Also, I probably underpowered and overpowered the red Sox at the same time.
It was pretty hard for me to do for some reason and a lot of guys didn't have that many abilities

It was pretty hard for me to do for some reason and a lot of guys didn't have that many abilities

Andrew Benintendi - LF (CF "D") - 3, 8, 125, 10, 8, 9, 8 - N/A
I'm high on Benintendi but he's a rookie and it's too soon to know his tendencies. He came up as a CF but is blocked by JBJ. Most reports indicate his fielding is average and he has a decent but not notable arm. He's a top prospect... some buzz that he's better than Moncada.
Jackie Bradley Jr. - CF (LF/RF "C") - 3, 8, 158, 11, 14, 13, 11 - Consistency 2, Pull Hitter, Timely Whiff, Gold Glove, Throwing 4, Aggressive Fielder, Patient Hitter, Star
JBJ is a weird player... very streaky at the plate, shows huge power at times, and then flounders for stretches. He's a spectacular fielder but mostly because he takes great routes to the ball, not due to overpowering speed. Plus arm and accurate.
Mookie Betts - RF (CF "D") - 3, 11, 155, 12, 11, 12, 11 - Consistency 4, Contact Hitter, Clutch Hit 4, Tough Out, Stealing 4, Base Running 4, Throwing 4, Gold Glove, Star
One of the best players in the game right now. All-around talent. 200+ hits, 30+ HR, 20-30 SB, and great defensively in RF. If not for Mike Trout he would have won the MVP.
Brock Holt - 3B (LF/RF "A", 2B "C", SS "E", 1B "F") - 2, 7, 100, 10, 9, 7, 8 - Good Bunt, Consistency 2, Durability 2
Holt's value is he plays a bunch of positions at about the same relative ability, and can cover middle infield in a pinch (though that's not ideal). He's not an everyday player and starts to break down and under-perform with overuse. He does get hot at times and Consistency 2 will help with that since it's basically an on-off toggle for players.

Other: I suggest removing Star from Sandoval. He is not well liked in Boston.

Thanks, also you have any ideas on Xander Bogaerts fielding or anyone else before I finish the last outfielders.

Bogaerts is kind of from the Derek Jeter school of shortstops. He's not a web gem machine and he doesn't have crazy range but he's not hurting the Ref Sox out there either. I suggest FLD 8, AR 11, ER 9. Good enough to hold at the position but really an offensive-oriented player. He also should have 3B "D".

Other notes:
- Christian Vazquez should have Good Catcher, if not Great Catcher. He can't hit but his framing ability is widely regarded as elite. Pitchers love (LOVE) throwing to him.
- Dustin Pedroia's BA should probably be 10.
- Marco Hernandez needs to be toned down. If he were as good as you rated him he would be on the 25-man roster. I suggest dropping his bat down to BA 7, PO 90, SP 13. His ceiling is probably poor team's starter or good team's utility infielder. I suggest making 2B his primary position, giving him FLD 8, AR 8, ER 8 then adding 3B "C" and SS "D".
- Hanley's fielding needs to drop way down. He worked hard on it last winter and I think at best he deserves an 8/9 at 1B. He's just so much bulkier than he was when a SS a few years ago.

I finished the hitters. I'm happy that's done.
Next up are the Yankees.
It'll be pretty soon.
I'm going out for my birthday so after I get home I'll list their roster.
