Interestingly enough, the Ham Bones' ace pitcher is named Matthew Bacon.

I seem to have ridiculously bad luck in exhibition games, I'm even playing on a difficulty lower than one I usually always win at if it's in season mode, but in 3 games I'm on a 3 game losing streak and most of them are close games. Last one, after the first inning it was 2-2, and it stayed that way until I had to bring a reliever for the 9th, he gave up 2 runs with the big highlight coming off a blown call when they stole second with nobody out, the guy was out by a good few steps but called safe and then he scored, along with someone else (I have never seen an umpire blow a call that badly before, and they blow calls fairly regularly). Only reason I got out of that inning is they tried to score from second on a single up the middle and Ron Weasley used the cannon arm to throw them out by several steps, it was still a miracle the umpire called him out though. In the bottom half of the inning, I needed 2 runs to tie it, I got one. With runners on first and second and the top of the order coming up it looked good enough, but my #1 hitter hit a ground ball, the throw to second got the out easily and the throw the first was close enough to get the speedy runner called out, despite him actually being safe. I guess it figures it would end on a blown call like that.

I guess the next exhibition game I play will be between the team that Zumikaku submitted and whatever team I wind up making next. I hope to win a game sometime.

I don't know if the game hates you or if you exaggerate everything that happens, because it constantly seems like you have terrible luck

Btw I didnt give you an update on yesterdays VCLL all-star game. We lost on a walk-off homer. This team was bushleague though, they were stealing signs whenever they got a runner on base. CHEATERS!
The game we just played today was an elimination game and we won 11-1. We play San Francisco tomorrow.
