Set it in the training tab, and in Spring Training at the start of each month, they'll go through the 4 training sessions.

A good rule of thumb is for pitchers, two rounds of Pitching Instruction and two of Speed Gun, and for batters, I personally like 2 Bating Technique, 1 Batting Practice and 1 Fundamentals.
Different people like different types of training, but this is basically what most top players go by, more or less.
