its a real random event, i've only seen it about maybe 3times the many many many times i've done success mode.
so you really cant say you "should've" seen it

There is a way to see it though...

Just keep on going to the Vicinage when no one is around and you'll trigger the event with Marvin saying "i dont remember anything before baseball" and that's the beginning of the arc..

I still don't understand how to get intimidator...

I finished the arc as a pitcher, saw the ending, and got NOTHING! I won the last game and Lucy didn't give me a single thing in the whole time.

Same here. Except I didn't get anything from it. I had the bar at 100%.

I have never gotten Intimidator as a batter only spray hitter as mentioned above. I posted this in another thread, that intimidator so far has only been received as a pitcher. I have looked through most of the posted passwords.

Therefore, in addition to Gyroball, Star, and Breakup DP; Intimidator for a hitter still has not been found.
