I think if you wanted it to be realistic batting averages and offensive stats you should seriously learn to hit on a different level than Best Try, when I first starting playing I used Best Try batting and it was ridiculous how well balls could be hit with not much batting skill. I'm just saying that this may as well be the reason why your team might win "3 in a row." |

Try putting it on Normal. Much more difficult.

i use normal in My Life Mode and i hit like 28 homers with like a .380 average so its pretty difficult but could be harder. of course you could set it to the harder mode (forgot what it was called. i think expert) but yeah, best try is freaking easy |
