McMillan wins May award
The Eagles closer McMillan, has won AL pitcher of the month for having 6 saves and not allowing a run, the Eagles record for may was 15-13 and they were very streaky, they would get on a 5 game losing streak, then lose 3 straight and so on a so forth

And Sabathias ERA is over 5 this isn't good

Ok so I only got to pick 1 player in the draft cause I apparently exceeded the maiximum amount of players

I picked up a righty, Budzinski, hes 19

His breakers are pretty good + hes only 19

Knucklecurve is a very good pitch. Make your you develop on that. Make it look like Mussina's knucklecurve for 2001-2003.

O ya also, just for fun I made an expansion team for power pros 2007, and I got an absolutly insane players, I posted it in the 2007 season mode forums

This is gonna be a tough schedule up ahead, intrleauge play is making me play 9 games against the cubs

Bad month. I was 10-16 and 5-10 against the NL including 2-4 vs the nats and pirates. I got swept by the cubs and that was a 6 game losing streak. I'm facing Seattle and have a series in wrigley right after. I'm now 8 behind the A's for first with a 41-40 record

Eagles pick up Benoit from free agent pool
The eagles have signed righty, Joaquin Benoit, to a contract. He has an astonishing 0.39 ERA in 23 innings pitched, Aardsma was sent down to AAA. He had a 4.70 ERA.

And Jacobs leads the mlb in homers with 30 with A-rod who is injured

Five Eagles invited in all-star game
The Eagles will have five participants in the all-star game this year at Dolphin Stadium.
Closer McMillan, this will be his 3rd al-star game, Bay is starter in left for the AL All-stars.
Starters CC Sabathia and Buddy Carlyle were invited as well as 1B/Dh Mike Jacobs, with Jacobs numbers, he would've been a starter, but he was a DH so he wasn't in the ballot.

AL Wins All-star game in extras!
The Eagles won 4-2 in 10 innings at Dolphin Stadium by a 10th inning 2 run double by mike jacobs! Jacobs won the all-star game MVP by going 2-2 with a double, 2 rbis and a great play in the 10th, in the 9th with 2 outs and bases loaded tied at 2, McMillan came in to strike out Alou to bring it into extras.
Other player performances were Sabathia, 1 IP 0 runs. Bay, 0-2, 2 k's. Carlyle, 1 IP 1 ER

MIKE JACOBS IS BEAST

And you're all probably wondering why I'm playing at so late at nite, well I get to sleep downstairs with my cousins so my parents dont care what i do

Ok I'm signing Jacobs to a huge contract this offseason
With 2 outs in the 9th and runners on 2nd and 3rd down by 2, Jacobs hit a single up the middle off the blue jays shawn marcum. Then he hit a walk-off homer in the 15th.
