How do people put their Success Mode Players in the Draft?

I've seen many logs with people choosing their own Success Mode Players in the draft, and my question is: how do they do this?

My answer is: they don't, it's for story value only. They just stick their players on their team sometime around the draft and say they picked 'em, but in reality, they're big stinky liars.

Yeah, dood, calm down. It's not that big of a deal, and we know that they are doing it. No need to get worked up about it. You can't change their actions.
