Post subject:  Hawaii Islanders-An Expansion Team
This is an expansion team of players made by Longball714, Stevenjackson39, Dishnetkid and I (Apple4960). None of us have made enough players ourselves to finish a team, so we just merged together. -lol-

The red players are players who are completed and have been posted. They link to their page. The blue players are completed players who have not been posted. We will try to add them as soon as we possibly can.

Adam Thompson (1B)
Thompson is a very powerful hitter at the plate. He was doing well in BP at 'first', and after a while he began to get even 'hotter'. When he is put under pressure, he always performs. On the basepaths, he does not have amazing speed, but he always hangs 'tough'. He doesn't have the skills of some of the other players on this team, but he holds his own whenever he gets a chance.

Dante Powell (CF)
Powell is a great player. He is one of the fastest people I have ever seen. He isn't afraid to lay one down regardless of his good power to help the team. He began to 'heat' up in practice, and never looked back. A great outfielder, and a great addition to this team.

thanks. I'll get the other 4 up ASAP. thing is, my TV right next to my CPU for soem reason doesn't want to make it easy on me (the wii won't hook up to it. help?), so I have to go downstairs, find the stats, right them down, can't read my handwriting, go back down, etc... so it takes me forever.

A very good pitcher, and a very good addition to this team. He had control of where his pitchers were going, and would hit the corners at will. He shined when put against the best batters on the team, right-handed or left-handed. He fielded aggressively and rightfully so with his great reflexes. One of, if not the best player on the team.

Jacob Arteaga (SP)
Arteaga is a very good pitcher, but doesn't have as good control of his pitches as some of the others players on the team. His Vertical Slider has hitters just guessing at his pitches, and is sure to make them whiff. He started off 'slow', but got better as the practices and games went on. When he stays on his fastball, he is sure to be amazing. His breaking balls are about average, and he is still 'lucky' enough to have gone undefeated in college. Looking at his pitches, the batters could not seem to catch up to his fastball, and were swinging early at it. So, overall, a great player.

According to the wiki,

Slow Starter - Slow Starter is a red pitching ability that reduces pitch speed and break in early innings.

Alexander is considered to be decently smart, but apparently does not know how to handle the media. In fact, he is quoted many times saying he wants to rule the world. Regardless of his, um small problem with the media, he is still a decent ball player. Although he does not have some of the skills as some of the other players on this team, he is still young and has a chance to become a good ballplayer. And a chance to rule the world. But I am a scout, and I do not care about his plans to rule Earth. I care about baseball. He is good at baseball.

Irving is one of the greatest players on this team. He has the 'power' to absolutely crush the ball at will. He doesn't have the speed of Dante Powell, but still is fast and is a great fielder. He was a great hitter from the 'first' time I saw him in a game.

Apple4960 was a computer nerd for most of his life, and operated the scoreboard at his high school. Apparently, that time allowed him to see how to be a good pitcher, and look at him now! He never runs out of steam, no matter how long he pitches. He 'battles' with heavy hitters, and almost always comes out unscathed. His 7 pitches always keep hitter guessing, even though only two of them are above average. He is 'poised' to prove that he is good enough to make it in the majors, and is looking good now.
