From what I can tell, you can set your manager for your arrange teams. You can pick from the 12 default managers or any player, including created players, historic players and success mode players.

Is it possible somehow to move players from one arrange team to another for use in exhibition games? In the player movement section in arrange seems like you can only add players from original teams.

Damn, that's awesome. That was one of my biggest complaints in the games tbh

First, you go to arrange, choose a slot, select the 3rd column to edit the manager, and then go to the 5th column to edit the players. And i was terrible playing the success mode.
