This really isn't a poll. It's really just more of a question I've been curious about. It seems as though all of us have a name we constantly use for players in logs and RPG's. For example, Dish has Ryan Techer, Brewers has Jimmy Panther, Zero has Case Royal, etc. But what I want to know, is why do you use the name you use? As most of you know, I have two I commonly use: Cooper Thompson and Jeffrey Stanton. The name Cooper Thompson comes from NFL Head Coach '09. The two QB's I would always set my sights on would either be Cooper Reno or Drew Thompson. So I just merged the two together, and that's how I came up with that name. Jeffrey Stanton is much less scientific. I just picked a random first and last name. |

I picked Ryan Techer because the name sounded cool, and made him Australian because Australians are cool, and he has the same first and last initials of my name. |

The alias I take is usually Ty Wevner because it is so ridiculously similar to my real name that folks would dismiss it being me. I usually use different names for everything, but Ty is always an option. |

I use my regular name or baseballteen because I'm 17 and I'm playing baseball a lot |

Jeff Harvey, who is the GM for my O's log and may be used as my full time alias, was made from a random name generator, and I picked it cause it has a nice ring to it. |

I change up my alias a lot. Usually I just take a first and last name from people I know in real life. |

I made Jimmy Panther in Success a while ago, Panther sounded like a boss last name. I haven't used him lately though. |

I use Caron Butler in games like NBA2k13 MyCareer and rtts, probably because Caron is my favourite clippers player, but otherwise I'll randomize it. |

Peter Smith was first used as my alias about 3 years ago when I wrote a script for a movie based off of the show Phineas and Ferb. I used it since Peter is similar to my real name. EDIT: AgentP also comes from Phineas and Ferb, if you were wondering. |

In my house, if someone is being difficult, or a bit of a bonehead, we call them a "Doofenshmirch"! |

Jeff Harvey sounds decent, but not phenomenal. |
