Yeah, it seems pointless. He should make Dish a mod, not a CM. The CM doesn't have much more responsibility than a regular user.

Not to mention that half of the CM's job is to stop fights. But if the two are fighting over PM, there's nothing he can do. He has a little more responsibility because that's his job, but it still seems pointless
