Why does everyone start mid-week? I would find it so weird to start on a Wednesday. Starting on a Monday makes it easier to get back into the rhythm

We start on a Tuesday, but that's only because Monday is Labor Day. I start on September 4th.

I like anyone who can make James Harden look like a fool.

Why the hell do you get out in, like, May then?

Yeppers. Skittles and I have already been through this conversation.

My day runs from 8:00-3:15, and our Spring Break is only 3 days long.

My days are 7:30-2, so, you're days are shorter than mine, albeit by only 15 minutes.

And, that's it, you've got less days off.

And a longer summer.

You see, now that makes sense to me, I'd rather have a longer summer than a short break somewhere in the middle of the year.

I get started on the same day as Brewers, but I get out sometime around early June. This year is going to be different, because every Monday, my whole district is getting out 2 hours earlier, due to professional development or something like that...

But on a normal day, my school day goes from 7:50 or so til 2:48. I have 6 classes a day, each at 60-62 minutes long.

So, you're getting out at the same time as everyone else, even though you're a senior?

That sucks.

Seniors in my school get out a month, or so, early.

I don't get why we can't have our four core classes, and then go home? Why do they make us take 2-3 electives?

Yeah, I wish school could be like that.

But seriously? What is their reasoning behind making take stupid classes like cooking and photography?

OK, maybe professional development isn't the right word for it, think like an after school program to enhance the teacher's abilities. The teachers at my school are pretty good, don't get me wrong, but there's always room for improvement, eh?


Oh yeah, I forgot to mention this, Seniors in my school do get out 2 or 3 weeks before everyone else does.
