CON: Low B
PWR: High B-low A
RUN: High C
FLD: B
ARM: High C-Low B
E-RES: Low B

You decide on abilities, but that's what I would give him.

Ehh, maybe. A couple stats might need to be toned down a little because that's a tall order without S/L

Contact should be higher than a low B. I'm thinking High B-Low A.
