I'll just mention right now that when I do get around to editing that team I'll be lowering the stats evenly to try to make it a balanced team for the league. I don't want any team being a ridiculous superpower like the Yankees seem to be in most of my logs (it'll probably still happen anyway, but I'll try to balance things as much as possible).

Also, I was wondering if, when this gets started (still not anywhere near close enough to be in the foreseeable future), should things like trades and free agency be on or off? I think having them on would make things more interesting long-term as the teams won't all be the exact same year after year, but should the teams that have all been specifically designed to all be from the same game be allowed to have their players all be split up?

Maybe I should keep them off for a year to see how all the teams go with their default rosters and then turn them on later to get some activity and intrigue going in the league. I don't know, I guess I'll worry about it a little more once I have 10 more teams in game and I'm actually close to getting it ready.

A small update, I may wind up with a few duplicate players in the MLB league overall, but in that case I'll be splitting them up in terms of AL/NL so they don't match up often.

I did this because I forgot that a MegaMan team was made a long time ago and started plans on a MegaMan 64 team. Luckily enough, the games are so different that only 2 characters have the same name. And the MegaMan in this one isn't even the same MegaMan, so it works out well enough...

After apparently another month long hiatus, I'm somewhat back to work into this thing again. Which is why I updated that other log, for some reason I feel like updating my other log as well when working on this (even though only the Vicente one actually effects this project at all).

I know of a couple more games I can make plans for, actually 3 more when I think of it, but I already have 3 team plans being written out in progress right now, and I don't really want to start anything more until I finish some of those plans. I can only think that trying to plan out 4 teams at once could get confusing.

I would say no to trades and F/A, because all of the teams have a theme, and it'll ruin the whole concept of the log if Mario is playing on the Minecraft team.

Moving past what was apparently a joke.

If I actually finish what I'm working on now, as well as the teams I'm sure I could get a team for later, I would be up to 25 teams I think. And by then another game will come out that I could make a team for, so it would be 26 at that point. So it's looking like there may only be room for 4 or less more teams if anyone still wanted to make any.

I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, and I never will. Best to just drop it probably.

Also, thinking about a rivalry I could add takes that to 27 teams, so there's not going to be a ton of openings anymore. Although if nobody wants to actually make a team for any of the openings, they could recommend a video game. If it interests me I may try it and see if I could make a team for it.

This project would probably be a lot easier if every game had a 100% complete and accurate character list available online like Oblivion does.
