What I realized is that on a good portion of the uniforms, you did what CoolDude described in the first post. The only difference is that you used colors that work well and "blend" together to make the uni's look nice. I'm definitely going to be using most of these

I agree that a darker shade would definitely look better. I created the uniforms to look like the team's logo. Believe me, I would change the Captains' road uniforms in a heartbeat.

Still, I feel really happy with them, especially the uniforms of the first 8 teams I showed you guys.

I've been pretty happy with my uniforms, and I seem to follow the basic ideas shown so far - home versus away is mainly a swap of colors. For the home unis, I like the old fashioned-looking jerseys that have the white lines down the front indicating its a button-down jersey. This post sorta confused me - I think it'd be tough to do a "bad" uniform. I think the main challenge is matching the uniform to the name (like the honeybees should be yellow and either black or brown, not the yellow and green it usually starts off as) and logo. If the uni seems too bright, go with gray trim and/or gray pants and/or gray brims on the cap.

My first expansion team - named the Alaskan Suns, wore uniforms that were violet (like a combo of navy blue and purple) with pale yellow trim. Home uniforms had violet shirts, brims, and hat logo, pale yellow cap and sleeves, white pants; away uniforms had violet sleeves and top of the cap, pale yellow shirts and hat logo, and gray pants and cap brims. I really like that uniform - I think it matches the colors of the Alaskan flag - and I think the name is cool, but I couldn't find a good logo to go with it, so I just used the Mr Baseball logo

For my current team, the Iowa City Country, I wanted a western theme - the cowboy hat and guns, and went with the pale blue and rust brown as my primary colors. On this team, my hardest part was picking a good name (I didn't want "cowboys" - too obvious - or "wild boys" - too Duran Duran, and I didn't want a "bad guy" name like "bandits" cause my little boy would often ask about my team name and I wouldn't want to explain why my team is the name of someone who robs and steals stuff, so I went with "Country.". Also, at the time, I was hearing a lot about "Country strong" and stuff like that, and was thinking about doing a log so I didn't want to pick something that might accidentally offend a true cowboy power pros fan

My only issue with uniforms is that it bothers me that players have set colors for their wristbands. In baseball, I haven't seen a player wear a wristband that wasn't a team color (except when the league chooses to use pink or something), but it's weird how in this game, players insist on wearing Kelly green or orange or some other mismatching color wristband.

Don't take this the wrong way Paul, but those don't compare to PPJ's, which is mainly due to the fact he has awesome jersey's

It kinda makes sense using the actual definition, it's just most people use that word with people, not baseball uniforms

It would make sense if I were sexually attracted to uniforms, but since when has anything I said make sense
