And I don't want either Stanton or Upton to be traded because I like both of them. And Stanton will likely stay put, but I think Upton has a good chance of moving. That being said, I would totally be fine with either going to the Sox

We won 7-4. I pitched 1.1 innings got 1 K and recorded the save.

We now move on to play the Petaluma Cheaters. We have to beat them twice to move on to State. I really want to make it to State because we would be the first ever 12-year-old team from Vacaville Central to make State.

You guys can play in the state championships at age 12, but we don't even have playoffs until high school. No "All-Star" team for baseball either.

You just have to love the commentary of Jack Merluzzi. In one game:

"Routine ground ball." On a foul tip for a strikeout.

"This one will die at the warning track." On a ball hit so far from the warning track that the outfielder had to move in to catch it.

*Calmly* "That's the end of the inning." *Waits several seconds then yells* "And that's the ballgame!"

Don't forget the classic "He missed that one, but good."

And every time Ken Griffey Jr. gets a hit in Season mode "This is the start of a new era [even though the previous era apparently started 2 innings ago]."

I finally just turned the "Records broken info" off because that bugged me.

Little League, ever heard of the Little League Wold Series?

Yeah, but I don't even know how you get into that. Nobody around here ever gets a chance.

I'm pretty sure you just play little league from the ages 11-13 and you make a tournament team, then you go through like a whole summer's worth of tournaments.

Around these parts you play little league from 3rd grade until you get in high school.

Just in case I get called upon to help out with the Knights/Stranglers project, I've just finished editing the Knights, and I may actually do an exhibition game between them and the Mendenhals. Just a thought.

Speaking of that, how many teams have you finished editing?

I finished up the White Sox today, and moving on to Tampa Bay.
