I have been playing success mode more and have found some in game abilities you can get.
1. You can get groundball pitcher by getting a lot of ground balls in a game (Not sure of the number though).
2. You can get power hitter from the steak lady at the event where she gives you the special mega steak set (Recovery 4 can also be gotten from this for pitchers as well).
3. Fastball life 4 can be gotten by throwing a lot of fastballs in a game (not sure of the number needed though).

How do you get Walk and Vs. Lefty-2.

Walk = Bean and walk 3 batters in a game

Vs Lefty 2 = impossible
