Yes Card - Meet Sarah

No Card - You refuse to join, and explain to Marvin that the Pi Pi Pi recruiter was lying.

Marvin Card - You encourage Marvin to join, but do not join yourself. Marvin realizes after the fact that it was a scam.

Challenge Card - You call out the Pi Pi Pi recruiter for trying to trick you, and he goes away.
